Long-term care
Each resident of Hamilton Plaza Nursing and Rehabilitation Center receives a comprehensive evaluation upon admittance. This evaluation includes a complete medical history, an exhaustive physical examination, a neurological/psychological screening and an in-depth interview of both the patient and family members.
