Short-term rehab
If you're being discharged from a hospital, short-term rehabilitation can help "bridge the gap" between hospital and home-and give you the extra time you need to get back on your feet again.

Park Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers a complete range of subacute and post-surgical care services. We also offer state-of-the-art physical therapy services through Premier Therapy Services , one of America's most successful providers of therapeutic services.

Respite Care

Long-term care
Each resident of Park Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center receives a comprehensive evaluation upon admittance. This evaluation includes a complete medical history, an exhaustive physical examination, a neurological/psychological screening and an in-depth interview of both the patient and family members.
