If your physical needs require assistance with some activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, or medication administration, Cardinal Village offers a comprehensive, highly regarded Assisted Living Program with exceptional service and personalized care in a homelike environment. Our experienced, well trained geriatric professionals and staff are committed to delivering quality care with compassion and respect. The health care needs of older adults vary widely, and often their needs may change or increase over time. To meet the individual requirements of each resident in our assisted living community, there are five personalized levels of care available, based on the need for assistance with activities of daily living and medications.
Cardinal Village offers all residents special programs and services, including a fully-staffed Wellness Center with the affiliations of several respected geriatric professionals, on-site rehabilitation, and hospice services.
Cardinal Village is managed by IFIDA Health Care Group, Ltd., a regional proprietary health care management company, based in the Delaware Valley area of Pennsylvania. IFIDA has been managing quality health care facilities and senior residential communities since 1985.

The Assisted Living Community at Cardinal Village combines comfort and practicality with peace of mind. Residents have all they need in a safe, private and secure environment with the knowledge that there is a caring staff member always on call to help when needed. Our 24-hour call system and emergency pull cords can be used whenever a medical or service need arises. A dedicated, competent staff is on duty 24/7, and a nurse manager is always on call.
Accommodations
At Cardinal Village you have a choice of a one bedroom or studio apartment. A popular feature of some of our apartments is a private garden setting patio. Our accommodations offer a kitchenette, or full kitchen with ample closet space. Residents bring their own furnishings and possessions, such as pictures, memorabilia, and other cherished items, to personalize their selected accommodations. All apartments have individual thermostats for air conditioning and heating.
Restaurant-Style Dining
Three delicious meals are served daily in our restaurant-style dining room. Delicious homemade soups and fresh fruit are available daily. Snacks and beverages are at hand as well. Professional guidance on nutrition and special dietary concerns is provided by our registered dietitian upon request.

If you should choose to become a resident of Cardinal Village, your financial commitment is minimal in that our residency contracts are on a month-to-month basis. (A 30-day termination notice is required.) All new residents are charged a one-time community fee.
