The Clara Maass Continuing Care Center at West Hudson, located on the third floor of the facility, provides continuous 24-hour long-term nursing care under the direction of registered nurses and combines medical and nursing care with a structured, multi-disciplinary program of rehabilitative services as well as social and recreational activities.
