Formally known as Kings Row, the property and building was acquired in November 2008 by Middletown Senior Housing LLC based out of Boston, Mass.
Regal Pointe Senior Living at Middletown is changing direction from the way things used to be. At Regal Pointe, once you move in, you don’t have to worry about the possibility of having to move again, to a higher level of care. You can remain here with us, and be cared for by the same people you have come to know and trust.
Over the next 18-24 months, Regal Pointe Senior Living at Middletown will undergo a total transformation and will consist of 130 independent senior living apartments where seniors will be given top-of-the-line living accommodations and amenities, which will include a day spa, movie/media room, all-day dining services and many activities from which to choose. At Regal Pointe Senior Living at Middletown, much of the activities and entertainment is aimed at maintaining and developing memory skills, along with dancing and social events. to provide a satisfying lifestyle.
Residents will enjoy the privacy of their own Studio or 1 bedroom apartment with many amenities available and included in one reasonable monthly rental fee.
