Saint Francis Residential Community, a non profit, senior living community, located in Denville, New Jersey in the heart of Morris County, provides comfortable, safe and affordable living that is free from worry, in a place that has a century of experience caring for people.
Activities
Bingo, exercise classes, current events & recent movie screenings, trivia games, puzzles, arts & crafts and card games are a few of the regularly scheduled activities.
For exercise and games there are exercise bikes, Wii computer games, pool table, cards and table games. At any time of the day or evening you can relax, read, or socialize on our covered rooftop patio or screened wrap-around porch. Lovely treed grounds and gardens are part of the Saint Francis property and Saint Francis is with in walking distance to downtown Denville, New Jersey.
Special events include concerts, educational lectures, "Out to Lunch" daytime excursions, ice cream socials and holiday parties.
Beauty Shop and Hair Care
Beauticians are on-site at Saint Francis Residential Community several days a week. Appointments can be made individually with the beauticians. Men and women are welcome.

Chapel
Mass is celebrated daily in the main chapel. Rosary is said in the Meditation Chapel daily. The chapels are open every day and evening for your private devotions.
Gift Shop
The Saint Francis Residential Community gift shop has a variety of items, including all occasion cards, sundries, candy, jewelry and small gift items. Residents are welcome to volunteer in the gift shop.
Laundry
Coin operated washers and dryers are located throughout Saint Francis Residential Community. They are available for your use seven days a week . If you prefer to have your laundry done for you, this optional service is available.
Library
The library is open for your reading pleasure everyday. Magazines and daily newspapers are available for your use in the library. Hardbound and paperback books may be signed out of the library. There is a collection of large print books and books on tape for your enjoyment. Volunteers are welcome to work in our library. Internet access is available on the library computer. The Denville Public Library is located directly across the street from Saint Francis.
Transportation
Saint Francis Residential Community offers complimentary local transportation services. Transportation to medical appointments is available. In addition, we provide transportation to downtown Denville twice weekly for your shopping pleasure. Denville Dial-A-Ride is also available to our residents. Assigned private parking is available for your personal vehicle.
Walking
Many residents make healthy daily walks a part of their routine, either on the tree-shaded Saint Francis grounds or in the safe and scenic surrounding town of Denville.
Wellness Center
The Wellness Center offers a variety of healthcare services. Medication assistance is available on a daily basis. Podiatry services are available on site, monthly. Saint Clare's Hospital is less than a mile away. Your safety and well-being are our focus.
